Miranda The Tempest Medieval Gown

I made this gown for a client recently. This is a medieval gown known by many names such as cotehardie, kirtle, cotte, gothic fitted gown. It is historically accurate to early 15th century, just unlined and sewn by machine. In addition to being a lovely historical gown, this is also the same style seen in Waterhouse's Miranda The Tempest. I'm a big fan of both Preraphaelites and medieval fashion, so I really love doing projects like this!
